Dr. Yixiang Lin

Dr. Yixiang Lin, Ph.D in Economics, had over 10 years overseas studying and working experiences before he joined CSRC as the senior expert and later as Deputy General Director of Research and Information Department as well as the head of the Securities Trading Surveillance System of CSRC. He then joined China Securities Co., Ltd. as the Vice President. Dr. Lin founded TX

Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. (TX) in 2001 and has been the Chairman and CEO of the company ever since. Presently, he also serves as the President of the Securities Analysts Association of China (SAAC); Vice-President of the Securities Association of China（SAC）; Executive Director of the Association of Certified International Investment Analysts (ACIIA) and Executive Director of the Asian Securities Analysts Federation (ASAF). Besides, Dr. Lin is a teaching professor at some of China’s top universities.
